    The maker ships in a plain package with a label that does not name the contents, and you can track it online.

Is the package discreet?

Yes. The maker states that orders ship in a plain package with a shipping label that does not identify the contents.

Is my payment secure?

The maker states that order details travel over an encrypted (SSL) connection and that card details are held by a Level 1 PCI-compliant payment processor.

What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

The store shows shipping before you pay. Its notes say that free shipping in the USA applies only to the lower 48 states, and that delivery dates are estimates. Track a parcel

How does a refund work?

Send the empty containers back within 67 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Ask the maker for a return number (RMA) first, because returns without one are not refunded. Return shipping is yours to pay, and the maker refunds one order per customer. Read the maker’s refund page
